What to include

Tell us what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your iPhone model, iOS version, and the approximate time of the problem. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain private information.

Protect your account

Never send your password, email confirmation link, password-reset link, invite code, or private quest proof. Questrise support will never ask for your password.

Account and safety concerns

You can sign out, leave a group, or delete your account from within the app. For privacy, account deletion, abuse, or safety concerns, use the same support address and describe the type of help you need.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible during the private beta.
